Southern Asia - Prominently Islamic, Hindu

The Islamic religion which believes in Allah, or God. The religion, like christianty, is centered around a book which in this case is called the Qur'an. The people of islam believe that the Qur'an is unaltered and the final word of God. They follow religious concepts such as the the five pillars of god and the Islamic law which "touces every aspect of life and society". These five pillars are
  1. The Shahadah, which is the basic creed of Islam that must be recited under oath with the specific statement: "'ašhadu 'al-lā ilāha illā-llāhu wa 'ašhadu 'anna muħammadan rasūlu-llāh", or "I testify that there is none worthy of worship except God and I testify that Muhammad is the Messenger of God." This testament is a foundation for all other beliefs and practices in Islam. Muslims must repeat the shahadah in prayer, and non-Muslims wishing to convert to Islam are required to recite the creed.
  2. Salah or ritual prayer, which must be performed five times a day.
  3. Sawm or fasting during the month of Ramadan. Muslims must not eat or drink (among other things) from dawn to dusk during this month, and must be mindful of other sins.
  4. Zakat, or alms-giving, which is giving a fixed portion of accumulated wealth by those who can afford it to help the poor or needy, and also to assist the spread of Islam.
  5. The Haji, which is the pilgrimage during the Islamic month of Dhu al-Hijjah in the city of Mecca. Every able-bodied Muslim who can afford it must make the pilgrimage to Mecca at least once in his or her lifetime.

Hinduism is a vast majority of beliefs, not just concrete one. Yet, there is some skeleton in the blob that you can follow. People of Hinduism believe that reality is a continuum or simplified whole. As such, there is no distinction between morals and mice. They believe that humans are one with the cosmic conscousness of the universe.

Eastern Asia - Confucianism, Taoism, Shinto, Buddhism

Confucianism is a Chinese ethical and philosophical system developed from the teachings of the Chinese philosopher Confucious. Confucianism believes that human beings are teachable, improvable and perfectible through personal and communal endeavour especially including self-cultivation and self-creation. Confucianism holds that one should give up one's life, if necessary, either passively or actively, for the sake of upholding the cardinal moral values.

Taoism is another religion/philosophy that dominates eastern asia, which emphasizes the three jewels tao. Those "jewels" are compassion moderation and humility. Taoism also focuses on nature, the relationship between humanity and the cosmos, health and logevity, and action through inaction which is thought to produce harmony with universe. The word Tao, this communicates an entire philosophy of the outlook on the fundamental nature of life and the universe. Taoist believe that the universe is constantly recreating itself and everything is mere aspect of qi.

Shinto is not just one big religion, and sort of resembles Hinduism is that sense. The most prevalent form of Shinto is "Shrine Shinto" which is associated in the popular imagination with summer festivals, good luck charms, making wishes, holding groundbreaking ceremonies, and showing support for the nation of Japan. It is practiced, as a way to connect modern Japan with ancient Japan. The other type of Shinto is "Imperial Household Shinto" which are the religious rites performed exclusively by the Imperial Family at the three shrines on the Imperial grounds. Folk Shinto is the 3rd of 4 types of Shinto. This type is based on numerous but fragmented folk beliefs in deities and spirits. Practices include divination, spirit possesion, and shamanic healing. Sect Shinto is the 4th type of Shinto, they do not have shrines, but conduct religious activities in meeting halls. Shinto sects include the mountain-worship sects, who focus on worshipping mountains like Mount Fuji, faith-healing sects, purification sects, Confucian sects, and Revival Shinto sects

Buddhism:
A very common religion in Southeast Asia is Buddhism. The more traditional form of Buddhism is called Theravada. It means the way of the elders. They thought that the only way to become enlightened is through one’s own effort. The other type is called Mahayana. Mahayana means the great vehicle. They think that enlightenment can be achieved with help from enlightened being called bodhisattvas. They see Buddha and the bodhisattvas as divine, which differs a lot from what Buddha said sense he taught that he was not a god.

Austrailian - Link
According to the link above most of the people in Austrailia believe in Christianity, which we are familiar with I would think. It is a monotheistic religion based on the life and teachings of Jesus. Unlike other religions, Christianity believes that one must follow the "Ten Commandments" which are ten values to follow to get into heaven. Heaven is a place after death which is the realm of God. If one does not follow said commandments than the person goes to Hell, which is ruled by the Devil. People who are practicioners of Christianity believe that prayer is a way to communicate with god, and that their prayers will be answered someday. If someone has "sinned" then they have a chance to get rid of them by doing an act called confession, where they confess what they have done and are forgived by the priest.

Middle East - The two main religions in the middle east are Judaism and Islamic religions. Judaism, like christianity is a monotheistic religion that believes in the commandments given to Moses. Yet, unlike christianty Jews believe tht jesus was NOT the mesiah. They believe that there isn't a trinity and that god is not able to become human like Jesus Christ nor can humans become gods.
